"I have been the cellular phone business since 1992. Last Monday i placed an order for an expensive cell phone for one of my customers through their internet site. The customer needed this phone as an Easter gift for a family member, so I paid extra for 3-day delivery. At no time could i get tracking information or calls back confirming the order, or online support regarding this order. Finally, on Friday afternoon, when the order did not arrive Thursday, Julie said she would overnight another phone for Saturday delivery. I sat at the store all day Saturday waiting for the delivery that still has not arrived ON MONDAY AFTERNOON. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN THIS INDUSTRY!!"
