"I placed an order on a Friday night. By Sunday morning, I realized I made a mistake. I wanted to cancel the order. The order was still in a pending process. They hadn't even prepared the item for shipping. I couldn't find a way to cancel so I contact customer service. They require you cancel within 30 minutes of placing an order! They would send a pre-paid return shipping label that I could use to return the item AFTER I receive it (that means I'm out the shipping charges it cost to send it to me). On top of that, it turns out the item isn't eligible for that shipping label and would actually cost a $25 fee to return it! Please keep in mind that the order hadn't even been processed! No work had been done. It's probably still sitting on a shelf.
