"Below is a response that I just received. From Customer No Service. I ordered a RC Tank for my son for Christmas. It arrived on time, but did not work. I contacted CS and requested a replacement. They would not send one until they received their non working unit in return. They then took 4 weeks to send out a replacement. The one that we got was worth about $20.00. Yep, they sent the wrong one. I called them that day and they said they would just send back the money. They could not guarantee that we would ever get the correct unit! I said fine I will take a refund. They said it would take a could a couple days and we should see a credit on our statement. Well 9 days go by still no money. I called 4 times and no return call. I sent multiple emails... Finally, 02/07/13 I get a receipt for the refund except it is not the full amount. Wow, I sent them a request for the difference and they sent the crap listed below. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE IN BAD SHAPE AND DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!! Thanks for contacting XenonProject.com, your friendly R/C Store.
