"Update: Broken parts were replaced almost 1 month later.

I needed a small etching tank for my students.
The tank arrived cracked (packaging was intact!!!).
I was told they'd send a replacement.
After 15 days - I was told they are "still waiting for their supplier to send them the tank".
It appears the replacement tank is hard to leave the supplier's store - but that did NOT happen with the first (broken one).
They said they'll send it soon - since then I have not heard back.
I do NOT care about my $43 wasted dollars (yes, I paid from my pocket to save some time), but my time is valuable and I paid a LOT more on wasting it, trying to use other fab facilities.
I am VERY DISSAPOINTED and will find other resellers for my future orders."
