"I've been looking for a very specific mattress for about a month now. Everywhere it is on back order. I finally found it on this site, but it was $50 more expensive than the other site I was looking at. Kyle confirmed that it's in stock and that he can match the other price. Absolute score. Can't wait for it to come in. Thanks again, Kyle!"
"After visiting several sites to get quotes on my textbooks, I came across Textbook Rush. None of the previous sites would buy my The Art of Public Speaking textbook from me--they wanted me to donate it--but Textbook Rush estimated around $20 for it. I immediately accepted the offer and printed out the shipping label. About two weeks later I received two things in the mail from them: (1) My The Art of Public Speaking Textbook and (2) A check for twenty cents. I didn't receive an email before or after they sent the textbook detailing why it was not accepted. The Art of Public Speaking textbook was in perfect condition--I bought it new from the campus store the previous semester--and I had not made a single mark within the book. The only reason I went through Textbook Rush is because they were going to buy back that textbook, so had I known they were going to send the textbook back and send a twenty cent check, I would've just kept all three books.
tldr: got an estimate for three books. they sent one back with a twenty cent check. waste of time. they snaked me."
