"DO NOT COUNT ON THE COMPANY STORE! I ordered bedding for a college student, got an email saying one item was backordered, so I called The Company Store's 800-number to cancel the order if the item would not be available/delivered by the start of school. I was told that the item would be available Aug. 22, and would be received by Sept. 6, so I did not cancel the order. I just called there again (several weeks later) to check on the status of the order (since I had not received a shipping notice) and was told the item was not available and they didn't know when it would be available.
Now I have shipping fees for bedding that does not match whatever comforter we can find at this late date, and we will have to haul whatever we can find across the country, since we won't be able to get something else ordered and delivered there by the start of school. I am very, very disappointed and disgusted by this business's "service" (or more accurately, it's lack of service)."
