Very poor customer service and very bad return policy even for Unused unpacked diffuser
"The return policy of this store is ridiculous. They need to improve it. They were not ready to accept the return for diffuser purchased on 14sep2021 and were not even ready to exchange it initially. The lady employee was really rude and just kept on saying that we don't accept returns. The items was unused and unpacked. She only exchanged it when I told her that I will go to consumer court. Very bad experience. I was a along time customer and it was my 1st return to them. never going back again. Store location: parkway mall"
