"I recently ordered a BitFenix Prodigy Mini-ITX Computer Case from NCIX during a sale a few weeks ago. When I was re-examining the case to see if there was any damage that I missed out on before my RMA time was up, I noticed that one of the tabs that hold the top handle into place was cracked. I contacted NCIX to see if I could get some replacement handles and they responded pretty quickly.
The customer service rep I dealt with, a person named Billy, went above and beyond in helping me fix the issue, and the handles are now currently in transit at no extra cost to me. As for the damage, it was caused by the screw being screwed in too tightly, which is a manufacturing issue (a somewhat common one if I hear correctly), and not the fault of NCIX.
The only thing that annoys me slightly is that the package still requires a signature, which isn't a huge issue, but a hassle nonetheless, and I would prefer it if no signature was required."
