Where is the 1/2 star... this is ridiculous...
"It took us forever to get our account closed... then they would not stop emailing us after making over a dozen request for over a month. I am still getting emails from them. They are as incompetent as they come. You do NOT want to deal with this company. They have zero customer service and should not even be in business."
