"I ordered an 2Tb external hard drive on 1/26/11 and it is 4/12/11 and they say they still don't know when the product will arrive. Customer service has been saying it will arrive in two weeks for over 3 months now. All the time while I was waiting for my product there web site posted the product online as in stock, which was false advertisement. They have poor customer service and worst dependability. I would never recommend PC Connection Express to anyone whom expects honest and dependable delivery and service."
