Promised delivery by Christmas
"I was assured twice by the man with whom I was speaking that my order would be delivered by Christmas Day. I received an email on December 23rd that it was not going to be delivered until January. I will no longer be placing any more orders with Harry & David & I have been a customer for many years with them. They should not lie to their customers."
