Lack of communication/organization
"I ordered a hard case chainsaw case. I paid for next day air delivery. My receipt specified next day air delivery and price, but the shipping date was four days after that. So I called and confirmed the next day air and then I got an email that says the delivery will be shipped four days later. Then I got a second email saying my order was shipped. Then I got a third email saying my delivery will be shipped in three days so I’m not sure when exactly I will get my package before my trip. I would rather go to 20 stores in find what I need than go through this website ever again."
