"Great seller. This was the first time I purchased from EBait and they were very responsive to all my email and phone requests. I believe the mark of a great seller is what they do when something goes wrong. As it turns out, they only shipped part of my order and when I notified them of it, they apologized and looked into right away. They corrected the issue in a very timely manner and even called me to apologize again. I don't normally rate online store but their service was definately above and beyond what I had expected."
