"Ordered a multitool and toolkit for my husband's birthday. Received an order confirmation the next day, but they did NOT tell me one of the items was back-ordered for over a week. By the time they did, I had missed my husband's birthday. They did bill my credit card immediately, however. It is now almost 3 weeks since I ordered and the package has not arrived. The items have been sitting in a UPS warehouse ten miles from my home for three days and they are not scheduled to arrive for another two. I understand it is Thanksgiving week, but the package could have been delivered yesterday (Friday) or today(Saturday). Altogether, this has been one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had."
