"Napa Style is quite clearly a mom-and-pop operation. Their web site provides inaccurate information on shipping, their fulfillment system does not sync with third-party order tracking, and I have literally left phone messages during business hours - still unreturned - for customer service.
It's a shame that a cataloger with such nice items has such a poor business infrastructure."
