Terrible Customer Service
"Ordered a rug from Ballard which was nice but I opened a Ballard credit card to purchase it. I did the entire transaction from their mall store. The saleswoman was very nice but filled out most of the paperwork to expedite the transaction. She wrote down my email address so I would receive paperless billing statement. However, she neglected to state that the first bill usually goes into SPAM. Well, you guessed it.....the first bill came and I never saw it so I had a late payment. When I discovered what happened I immediately called. They waived the service fee but not the interest fee. SERIOUSLY??? The manager I spoke to could have cared less."
