worst company ever
"I called up and told them a model number of an existing pool heater. My heater was no longer available so I asked for the compatable heater. I had a gas heater. I was sent a propane heater instead that was not compatable with my pool. They wanted me to pay $375 to ship the product back I shipped back and never received a credit nor a new heater. Customer service is the worst Do not do business with them. Robbed me of my money. Have to go through the efforts of going to court and suing"
