""I Ordered a internal LG CH10LS28 BLU RAY on 9th August for my PC
I cancelled on the 10th August because, I could see that my order wasn't dispatched, so I called WAE+ to find out when my item would be dispatched. WAE+ told me that my item was in Belgium, also saying my items could take 3 weeks before I get them. I said to WAE+ that had I known this prior to ordering I wouldn't have ordered in the first place, so I asked WAE+ to cancel this order.
1st week called as I hadn't got my refund (please bear in mind a refund only takes 30 sec to instigate, as I have my own online sales and it uses the same system) WAE+ said it would be done ASAP
2nd week same reply, asked to talk to manager or accounts department. There not allowed to do this but they will put a message on this refund that I had called twice. I feel the message said something like (make this one wait 30 days)
3rd week still no refund!
FOURTH week, I got a copy and paste email from Gary P******l WAE+'s the Complaints Controller for WAE+ (That NO customer can talk to or email). The email was deliberately sent with no return email address (noreply). Please bear in mind, that WAE+ can instigate a refund within 30 sec but WAE+ CHOOSE to keep your money for 31 days. This seems to be there normal WAE+ refund practice.
******* I WILL STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU BUY FROM ANY WHERE ELSE, even if it is a few pounds more **********

To the Anonymous person at WAE+ to your FIRST response
I selected a LG CH10LS28 Blu-ray/DVD Recorder and also a JetFlash 620 2.0 USB Flash Drive - 32 GB just so the total when over the £50, so I could take advantage of your (B/S) wonderful offer of *FREE UPS* delivery on orders over £50
What Your site doesn't say is because you have spent over £50, your items will be dispatched when we feel like it (3 weeks), also your products might not even be in this country when you order! (Belgium)
Also it doesn't say anything about these items being "European models" or the FACT that the product is not even in this country

Also you say I selected "10-12 working day delivery period" NO I selected what ever was the Free delivery. With most normal retailers this would mean that they would be dispatched within 1-3 days.
But WAE+ seems to make its own rules up on what and what "FREE delivery means" (Take as long as you like its free), also in my case I was told it would be 3 weeks to get to me from Belguim! I am guessing that this ok as WAE+ said in there reply that "everything was ready for delivery on-time with your order" But only in WAE+ world of bad service.
PLUS MY OVERALL COMPLAINT WAS ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND REFUNDS TAKING 30 DAYS
I love your total LIE "Refunds are often done quicker" as this blog below clearly shows 100-200 people that will totally disagree with you.
But I see that you don't DENY the fact that refunds are deliberately held for 30 days, as part of WAE+ refund policy.

UPDATE 2 for your Second Update
What your saying is that WAE+ dose not have anything that is listed as a European model on your website in stock, in the UK? It will be shipped from overseas? Maybe its time to make this clear on your website!!
A simple small item like TRANSCEND-JetFlash USB flash Pen your saying you don't have these in stock? Not only that but it takes 3 weeks to deliver?? Also you will hold the entire order if one item that is overseas!
PLUS your website makes any purchase very unclear, whether you will get your order within 3-5 days (which would be normal)or 10-12 working days or within 3 weeks as was stated over the phone in my case.
MOST company's say 7-10 days, just to cover themselves if there courier is delayed. But most will deliver within 3-5 days. YOU ACTUALLY QUOTE 10-12 working days but you ACTUALLY mean 10-15 working days or 3 weeks to normal people, and there is no way you will receive it sooner.
This is all TOTALLY IRRELEVANT as my complaint was about your CUSTOMER SERVICE, REFUND POLICY also I am complaining about WAE+ making it impossible for your customers to contact anyone in authority from WAE+ e.g. a Manager, Owner, Director or even Gary P******l WAE+'s Complaints Controller (That no one can talk to or email)

ITS LIKE BANGING YOUR HEAD AGAINST A WALL TALKING TO WAE+
I wasn't asking you if you think it is confusing or if you think your right about delivery on WAE+, I WAS TELLING YOU ITS NOT CLEAR. I defy anyone that isn't employed by WAE+ to interpret (European model)as not in the UK and could take 2-3 weeks to arrive (as your in Birmingham)
As I have said in my previous 3 post, the reason is somewhat irrelevant as my complaint was about your CUSTOMER SERVICE, REFUND POLICY also I am complaining about WAE+ making it impossible for your customers to contact anyone in authority from WAE+ e.g. a Manager, Owner, Director or even Gary P******l WAE+'s Complaints Controller (That no one can talk to or email)
BUT YOU DO THE SAME THING OVER THE PHONE, WHY WOULD YOU BE ANY DIFFERENT IN THIS BLOG. YOU TOTALLY IGNORE WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING. THEN YOU TRY TO FOCUS ON ONE SMALL POINT, THAT YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO DEFEND, EVEN IF YOU KNOW YOUR WRONG!!
