"Their ads say customer service is US based but that is not the case. When you contact customer service, they always have to "contact" another department to ask the question you just asked them. Usually it results in much time spent by phone, through live chat and sometimes it ends up being that they have to email you back after they talk to them. It seems like some of the customer service reps don't understand the questions you are asking so the answer you get back isn't even for what you were talking to them about. Really frustrating to work with."
