"They gave me a shipping option: Canada Post or UPS. I selected Canada Post; they shipped UPS. So now I must wait 4 extra days until I have time to get to the UPS depot, and spend $45 for a cab ride. They cost me extra money by doing this, and had I known they would do this, I would have bought from a different company to get a lower total cost. This sucks, and I want them to pay for it."
