FANTASTIC Customer Service
"They care about their customers! When building a new home I ordered well equipment and a water softener 6 months before construction started. When the well equipment was installed I discovered the pressure gauge was not in the box. I contacted them and they sent one out no questions asked. Several weeks later the softener was going to be installed and realized they had shipped the wrong control head. I again contacted them and they sent the correct one out along with a prepaid label to send the wrong one back. I should have inventoried everything 6 months earlier when it arrived but they still corrected their mistakes almost a half a year later. Their prices a competitive and service is great!!!"
