"I am not a happy camper. Purchased 2 1GB RAM modules for my HUSH computer purchased from this vendor. Paid at least 50% over best price to get good RAM for a premium computer. 1 module received defective. Returned, and received a second defective module. Last thing I expected at these prices. It will be a minimum of 2 months before I have my full purchase. The second RAM they sent me failed exactly the same STRIDE6 test as the first. It almost looks like they sent back the same defective module I returned. To their credit, they have given serious attention to my problem. I have talked with one of their senior technical people and with a business development person who is clearly very concerned about making me a "happier camper." What it boils down to is that they are finding it hard to believe that both RAM modules could have been bad. Apparently it passed the RAM diagnostic they are using, which is not the same one I am using -- from Microsoft. Well, we are making progress. I am sure it will get sorted out eventually. They offered that I would return the computer and they would do complete diagnostic and send it back working perfectly. But who can live without their computer for a week? Not me. It just seems so obvious to me that it's faulty RAM. The saga continues. As I said, I am sure they will work it out eventually."
