"They lost my entire order and have been nothing short of a nightmare to get ahold of. Numerous emails and now several hours on hold and still have not spoke with anyone by phone which they say is the best way to resolve. They have offered a refund to a gift card through email that I do not want. I keep asking to speak with a manager and nothing
