"As a "Potential" customer, I choose to do Flex Pay on an item. They pull $210 from my card, 3 days later send an email stating my order has been cancelled "Because" they cant do Flex Pay on the item I chose ($854 apple watch bundle). In the email they claim your money shall be reversed that same day. Well, the next day - no money refunded. Call and was told it was reversed it will take a day or so to fall off. Two days later-no refund. Call again and complain, told they are going to Fax a letter to my bank instition that day so they can release my hold. Next day--STILL NO Refund! Call again, now told the letter takes 24 hours before it is to be FAXED to your bank and has to be approved!!!!! Really wtf approved to get my own money back!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & BUSINESS. Went to Best Buy and bought the watch and accessories that was going to get on flex pay thru HSN for $560 and saved! I will Never do business with HSN or Refer them. As a Business owner myself, HSN is HORRIBLE! J/S"
