"STAY FAR FAR FAR away from BROADWAY PHOTO. They sell defective products, have extreme poor customer service, and do not back the products they sell. I bought a $400 waterproof digital camera, that did not work as promised. After being told to send it back and they would replace it. almost 2 weeks went by before I emailed them again and they said they would not replace it, they sent it for repairs, they did not get in touch with me, i had to track them down yet again. still do not have a camera back, they have this website dedicated to how horrible of a company they are that i unfortunately found after the purchase. I did finally get through to someone with half a brain and they finally gave me a refund. Only because they were so concerned with the bad review I gave on this site. SO all in all I would stay away from this company unless you want a long drawn out hassle. If you do decide to try to order talk to Brian G. He is the only person that actually cared about the product he sold."
