Absolutly incredible
"I had a problem with my Email address being miss spelt when I had ordered a product. I started a chat with and agent (Jesus) who was able to resolve my issue in less than three minutes. I don't think 5 stars is an appropriate measurement. I think at least 7 stars! I can honestly say I was expecting at the least 40 mins and it still being unresolved based on my experience with other companies, and that is even if you can actually get a person. All in all I can rate this as my best ever experience with any company online. It would be hard to beat such service.
