Beware! don't use this Comapny!
"On 9/24, 2021, we ordered business cards with a delivery date of 9/28/2021 for a conference. Since the cards were not delivered on 9/29, we inquired. Overnight print told us, due to production difficulties, the cards are still in production. When asked if we could cancel the order, we were told NO! As of 10/4, the order status was still "in production." At this point, we were forced to have the business cards printed by another vendor because we urgently needed them for a conference. And to pay for it at the other printing company. Finally, on 8.10. Overnight printing delivered our business cards - at this time, we did not need them anymore.
When we asked for a discount because Overnight printing did not deliver the business cards on the agreed date, we were told, Overnight print would only refund the difference in delivery cost.
The original delivery cost was $31.98. The refund will be $22.22!!!!.
In addition to the fact that they did not deliver in time, Overnight print is still charging $8.85 for delivery! Speechless!
No mention of any other compensation!
Instead, the information: "This is company policy."
Tip: Beware of this company!"
