"I am a previous employee of HSN and thought I would share a little with you. All the management of HSN cares about is getting you off the phone so we can get the next order placed. We are actually reprimanded if we make conversation with you and they catch it. There are many of you who probably feel you have been hung up on. That is not necessarily the case. Their system is so outdated and cannot handle the call volume and the system will release calls, known as dropping calls. The management is well aware of it and choose to do nothing about it unless you call and complain then that representative gets fired. They care absolutely nothing about their employees. They pretend to care about their customers. When an HSN employee is telling you they dont know why flex pay did not go through, that is true. They do not. They are given very little information to help you. More and more things are coming out of the warehouse not in new condition. So beware and think twice before you shop."
