Printer error message with these cartridges
"My printer kept saying the cartridges were not full. I had bought a box of 6. The rep had me try them all. Only one worked. I have not had any problems with these refurbished cartridges before so I chalked it up to a fluke. However, when I purchased the HP brand for my printer, I had no problems. I hate to rate them poorly but when I absolutely have to have ink I will have the actual brand name on hand. Not sure I can rely on these cartridges and not sure when I will try them again. The customer service rep was patient and understanding. She did not hassle me when I asked just to have a refund."
