"I ordered a new AMD Socket AM2 CPU, Motherboard, and DDR2 Memory combo along with an eVGA GeForce 7600GT video card. They were slow responding to order statuses via e-mail so I called them and found out the order was delayed due to the retail AMD Socket AM2 CPUs being on backorder. On the website, it said they had it in stock but they had actually oversold it and their website isn't real time. They didn't have an ETA for the retail CPU that was holding up the shipping and I was offered to exchange the retail product for the OEM CPU + Thermaltake heatsink and fan at no extra cost. They also upgraded my shipment to FedEX overnight so I received the entire bundle via FedEx on Saturday June 3. I had some problems with the newly assembled computer not booting to the OS and I discovered that the RMA process for Monarch was tedious and time-consuming, but Brian at Tech Support was pretty good about replying to e-mail inquiries (avg within 2 days). Fortunately, I was able to figure out that the problem was caused by the Corsair Value Select not being stable at the advertised 1.8v. I had to up the voltage to 2.1v for it to be stable running dual channel with the Socket AM2 motherboard. Would definitely buy from them again."
