Do note trust overnight shipping with these guys!
"So, my sons 4th birthday is today and I have no party bags. While I am a busy working mom, I did plan ahead-- and paid extra for overnight shipping due to my lack of pre-planning. On Weds. (3 days ago), early in the morning at 6.15am, I ordered all the things I needed for my sons party bags-- including some really cute personalized items. The site SAYS these guys ship the day you order, if you order by 3pm. Well, they actually shipped it the next day, Thursday Dec. 1, which would still have been OK as I paid for overnight shipping. Unfortunately, they did not bother getting the box to UPS until 10pm on Dec. 1. So, guess what, it is Dec. 3 and I have got nothing. Do NOT trust these folks.
I called customer service and they say they will get back to me and make it right.... We will see. Considering my hourly rate of pay, the hours I am going to spend on hold with them and then taking around party bags next week to the various party guests, I am not sure how they will make it right. At the very least, a full refund (including shipping!! - which I paid $40 for to get overnight!!), though if I were them I would take the Amazon approach and really try to make it right by throwing in a gift certificate or something. VERY disappointed."
