"I was looking for a laser printer on the internet for a decent price and found this website. I choose SAMSUNG ML-2010 printer for 75.95 $ and paid 16.95 $ shipping fee. My experience with the ordering process was good. But the harsh reality of this website came clear when i recieve the product. The printer paper tray was broken, and the toner was missing. I called them right away and they told me : (a) If I needed to return the defective printer I have to contact the manufacturer and that they do not deal with that. (b)The toner does not come with the printer.
It made me angry because when you are ordering the product from this website, it does not say anywhere that the printer is without the toner. and infact on the printer information page, it says "All new items included".
So my conclusion is that if you are looking for something on a fair price, its better for you to shop around first, in my case I did found some printers on ebay for fair price but I went for this site thinking they might do good business.
its better to look around instead getting stuck with a defective product which they call "refurbished".
Now i have spend 75 $ more to get a toner and this printer had cost me about 175 $ , a price at which i would've bought a brand new printer.
