Horrible - Bad Business
"Absolutely a rip off. I was told my oil change would be $24.99 and my car wouold be ready in 45 min - completed ready to drive off. It took 1 1/2 hrs since they put me in line twice. I was on the phone with a friend when I left who was having brain issues fearing she would die so didnlt want to hang up on her. THe person said the oil change would be $61.99. I thought I misheard but when I got home looked it up and the website said they had oil changes for $21.99. I told the Assistant Manager and he insisted I was unreasonable to expect an oil change for $24.99.
Stay away from here!!!"
