"Eagle Computer Systems is a top rate company. From ordering on-line to customer service is nothing short of outstanding. Once I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item so I contacted customer service via e-mail and promply cancelled the erroneous order, then submitted the correct order. Just to make sure, I contacted customer service by phone (yes, they actually post their address and telephone number on the web site) the very next day. To my amazement, customer service had it under control and everything was taken care of already. The shipping department is also outstanding - they are in Tennessee, I in Alabama and my orders are at my door before I have a chance to track it. Thanks Eagle and keep up the good work."
