Excellent experience
"We purchased floor tile from Build Direct, and can't say enough about how good our experience was. We were assigned to a customer service representative who would be the one to handle our order from start to finish. Our chosen tile was back-ordered, but came before expected. Delivery was professionally executed - not a tile was broken.
Follow-up with customer service was thoughtful and thorough, making sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase.
The tile itself is beautiful, and of good quality. No-one in our area could beat the price.
