"I ordered Balder's Gate from this company. I was shipped the game in a timely manner and the transaction went fine.
Although, the first disk in the game was bad. There were bad sectors on the actual CD-ROM. I called CDAccess and they asked that I send them the bad disk, which I did.
I called them several times, they said they had it filed somewhere and would be taking care of it soon. After waiting quite some time, I just bought another copy from another company.
The last conversation I had with CDAccess, they were rude and now wanted me to send in the rest of the game as they had lost the bad disk I sent them in the first place.
I have never received a full product from this company and would not recommend CDAccess to anyone because on their extremely poor customer service."
