"Horrible company. Deals to good to be true. I placed an order and then messaged 3x to cancel before it was packed to ship out. Per company policy I should've received a refund but 2 of the replies were dodging the request by requesting further info to better assist me and one message said the products ad been shipped and gave me an invalid tracking number. I've now messaged 5x and I'm still waiting for a response to my dispute on requesting order cancellation/refund in sufficient time. No toll free customer service number, live chat doesn't work and legal email instructs customers not to send emails about their orders, which screams volumes! STAY AWAY FROM FOCALPRICE!
