Probably finding a new supplier.
"The first order was only for around $250 or so - transfer tape roll has "join" with painter's tape - that was great for my decal - won't order transfer tape or vinyl here again. This time I spent $851 or so on sub printer and mug press, etc. Mugs arrived perfect, by the way! None broken so there's that! But, the mug press - no manual that really applies to it and the "help" from the links on the website take you to the main webpage. lol useless. The sublimation paper - that isn't cheap - thrown in a box with some other stuff and the edges crushes so thanks for that. Everything arrives separately so you have different boxes on different days showing up unlike the competitors that actually put the "bundle" together in one shipment. I also had friends order $1000+ before this last issue. We will all be moving to another supplier."
