"Not the experience I had hoped for. Bag received did not match picture of bag on website. Then the customer service agent accused me of lying about the transaction. (I knew I was getting a bag of a different color? Trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, it seems like she was remembering a conversation she had with another customer. My satisfaction did not seem to be a priority; she just wanted to set me straight. Not helpful. Pleasant, but not customer-oriented. A dead end.) Return process unfriendly: 15% restocking fee makes it not worth the trouble and there's a 14 day time limit on handbag returns. Maybe it all this wouldn't have been such a big deal if I hadn't tried to give the bag as a Christmas gift. Bummer. Disappointing."
