"Poor Product and worse yet they deleated my review of the product! I ordered a "Retractable Car Charger for Samsung Galaxy S3" Item was shipped and received promptly. The problem occured right away when the cord did not retract. Then within 15 min. it stopped charging competely. Contacted HandHeldItems and they seemed very nice as they would replace the product, I just hand to pay to return the product. Well the shipping was more then I paid for the product. After I complained,HHI stopped returning my emails. Then they sent me a request to review the product. So I posted exactly what I said here. Next day my review was pulled. So whatever is posted on there reviews is ONLY what they want you to see. NOT what the product is really..."
