If I Could Give Negative Stars
"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! Everything went wrong from the start. I made it clear that I needed my materials within a week for a convention show and even paid for the shorter turnaround time. Despite that, they didn’t ship my order until the middle of the following week—well past my deadline.
When the items finally arrived, the quality was appalling. The card stock was so thin it felt like photo paper, and the banner was broken! To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, they only gave me 50% back. I’ve been asking for a full refund since then, but now they’re complete"
