"Terrible experience, Waited the allotted time(15 days) for a custom ordered boat cover. Called the manufacturer and they had no record of the order. The manufacturer had never heard of this company and advised I contact my credit card company to void any payments. Tried calling them direct to discuss and on one answers the phone, only voice mail."
