Horrible Customer Service
"First of all, they rely on TEXTING only. So if you have any issues, all you can do is text a hotline, and MAYBE they'll get back in touch with you a day or so later, whenever they feel like it. Returned my radiator(which I originally asked them to cancel WELL BEFORE they shipped it out, but they decide to ship it anyway, causing me to pay over $200 in return shipping cost for no reason), and I still have yet to even hear from anyone on the status of my refund even though its been delivered for over 2 WEEKS! Very unprofessional, will NEVER buy from this place again."
