"If you want to be treated with rudeness and insults, call FJA sales dept. I was looking for OEM ink carts for my Canon printer and told the so-called salesman that I could only find re-manufactured carts (which are NOT good for your printer) his response was, "Well, you wasted MY time and YOURS. If we don't have it, we don't have it." This after being in hold and listening to a voice touting the fact that they have not only re-manufactured but OEM carts for my printer. It's a lie. Boycott these morons."

"eBay is no longer trustworthy especially since they are in league with PayPal, another bunch on scam artists. I made a purchase from one of their sellers, "Shopping Spree LLC" and not only did I not receive my product, eBAY told me I didn't buy it on their site. This despite the fact that on the PayPal receipt, when I clicked on the item link, it took me right to eBAY! In other words they don't give a hoot who sells on their site, they will take no responsibility for being ripped off. PayPay stonewalled me for an hour and refused to contact the seller other than by email, something I did no less than 3 times but got no response. The bottom line is that I have vowed to NEVER do business with either of those entities in the future nor will I do business with ANYONE who uses PayPal to process their payments. I spent two hours on the phone to both of those entities; I called AMEX and had the issue taken care of in less than ten minutes. What is wrong with these businesses? As they say, "caveat emptor", let the buyer beware! This should be the motto for ResellerRatings. I'm glad they exist."

"Be sure to read their return policy before you spend your money. There is a 15% restocking fee PLUS and additional $8.95 "handling fee". You would think that the 15% would cover this bogus "handling fee" but it doesn't. On top of all these other charges, I am responsible for shipping the item back across the country. I don't mind the 15% and I am prepared to pay the shipping costs, but this extra charge of $8.95 is just plain punitive, in my opinion. I won't be buying anything more from these people."

"As with anything you buy online, sight unseen, do a bit of research first. I checked these people out on ResellerRatings and they seemed legit, so I bought 5 used Dell GX280's. I got them right away only to discover that this particular model had no PS2 ports. No big deal we can work around that. However I have encountered a few issues that will result in never doing business with them again: Their return policies are confusing in that in one place we are told that returned products are eligible for IN-STORE credit only, and in another that refunds will be made less shipping (a common practice) and then a 15% restocking fee. I admit this is my fault because I didn't read the fine print with all the disclaimers. Secondly, they offer no tech support whatsoever for the products they sell. None. Zip. Your only option is to return the items under the conditions I stated above. Let me just add that I have been a purchasing agent for our business for 25 years and have dealt with all kinds of vendors under all kinds of conditions and GainSaver is among the worst of the top ten. We will not be doing business with them in the future. If you decided to do so, read EVERYTHING about their policies; print it out if you have to. I also want to mention that just after making this purchase the credit card I used was compromised, and someone tried to open TWO new accounts. I'm not pointing any fingers because I do quite a bit of purchasing with these credit cards but I have never had the problem before. I'm not making accusations here, I am only saying to be VERY security conscious when dealing with these people...in fact with ALL those with whom you do business online."

"I am a purchasing agent for a small computer company in Grass Valley, California. I was recently searching for a small quantity of the Genica Conexant CX11252-11 56K V.92 Data/Fax PCI Modems and found them on Pacific Geek website. First of all they listed this as a "clearance" item and also that they are refurbished. Imagine my amazement when I saw that they had priced this $10 item at $99.00, a "savings" of $30.00! How in the name of the goddess of retail do they have the moxie to sell this modem for over TEN TIMES the going price? I guess the old saying is true" "Buyer beware". I certainly hope others, after reading the comments in here, will avoid this seller like the plague."

"Unresponsive to customer requests. Bought fleece cargo pants but they sent no confirmation of sale, no tracking number and they did not respond to any of my email inquiries. Finally received my order only to find one of the leg pockets was sewn shut. This lead me to believe that it was a second. Again they did not respond to my request for an RMA and I had to call them. When I explained the situation and asked for return instructions, the rep gave me a hard time about whether or not it was a defective item. She tried to tell me that it most definitely wasn't a second and that their quality control department inspected each item carefully. I asked her how this item got past their people with such an obvious flaw. She all but called me a liar. She then told me they would issue an RMA via email, the very same email address to which they didn't respond the first three times. In all fairness she did tell me that after they got the item back and inspected it for themselves, I would received a full refund including shipping both ways. The item was shipped back but I haven't heard back from them yet. Incidentally they charged me a flat rate for shipping at $6.95. The charge for shipping it back was a dollar LESS. No big deal but a dollar is a dollar after all."
