"Very professional service; I ordered a Dell laptop from recoupIT, on a Sunday morning. The laptop was delivered by Tuesday afternoon (free shipping!). After sales service was very good, too. The DVD +RW drive developed some problems. RecoupIT sent me a replacement at no charge, as the product was covered under the 30 day warranty. Excellent company, great, truly American service (the way it used to be in days gone by)! I wholeheartedly recommend recoupIT for your electronic needs!"
