Unhappy with purchase. Customer service unresponsive. Buyer beware.
"I ordered a hidden camera frame. The minidrive sent with the frame did not fit the frame's port for starters. I left two messages on the customer service voicemail and after receiving no response, left another message on the sales team number. A week later and there's been zero response. Now I'm questioning the integrity of the company and if I'll be able to return this item altogether as I am not interested in working with a company that a) does not get it right and b) displays no care after being contacted by the customer three times."
