Poor customer service.
"Dealing with a stolen package since December 29th. I did as Amazon asked filed a police report had my report sent to them once it was approved with my permanent case number. Then the lies began . I needed to call in and have it verified while on the phone.I was told by an call the police department to let then know they needed to have my report verified by Amazon and they were trying to reach them .As now to my knowledge your police department will not disclose information to Amazon and they know this. Finally got an honest agent who also confirmed this to be true. They had all the information that they needed and could have issued my refund once I sent the pdf in from the police department."
