Horrible Service
"I ordered 5lbs of lemongrass oil from them, the email said the item was shipped, and they charged my account for the item. However, I never received the item. No concern from management, I waited 2 weeks for someone to follow up with me. I had to pay 3X the amount to buy the product locally."
