Broken Toy
"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: I purchased a helicopter as a Christmas present for my nephew. One of the helicopter blades was broken. I contacted the company and they will not pay to have the item shipped back to them. I have to pay shipping which is the same price as the toy. I will never purchase anything from this company again."
