"Overall pretty good experience. Not 5 stars because the sample and the actual tiles were somewhat different, we liked them anyway. The packaging was intact for the 11-sheet boxes, the one with fewer sheets was broken, a smaller box might do a better job. When inspected, there was no brackeage, just a few came loose, which was no big deal. Eventually, we discovered we neede another two sheets, and then another one (we actually needed more than what the site calculator said, probably because the loss in cutting) and this is where (small orders) the shipping cost gets uncomfortable. The customer service was good, so overall quite satisfied."
